Josh LeRibeus

Offensive line play is a problem for the Redskins.

The Redskins selected 16 players in the 2012 and 2013 drafts, and the 10 who remain on the roster are set to enter a critical stage in their development this offseason.

Over the next few weeks, Redskins Insiders Tarik El-Bashir and Rich Tandler will be grading each position group’s performance in 2014 and evaluate the unit's outlook for 2015.

With a 3-7 record and the playoffs all but out of reach, Jay Gruden and the Redskins want to see some of the organization's youngsters get some playing time.

With the news that Redskins guard Shawn Lauvao did not practice Tuesday, the prospect of Josh LeRibeus starting for Washington Thursday night against the Giants becomes much more probable.
