As we start a new year, John Wall continues to top Eastern Conference guards in All-Star votes as the second round of returns were announced by the league on Thursday.

For a player who handles the ball so much and creates so much off the dribble, John Wall doesn't end up at the free throw line very much.

That the NBA is tinkering with the All-Star voting process shouldn't impact the most popular players from being selected by fans.

The difficulty the Wizards have had containing point guards, the most recent being Brandon Jennings in Wednesday's 107-103 victory, isn't a John Wall problem.

Missing their first eight shots, the Wizards found themselves knocked down early by the Toronto Raptors and never got up.
