Shawn Marion

Shawn Marion turned down more money - and the Indiana Pacers - for LeBron James and a realistic shot at winning an NBA title.

This is one of the most unattractive games of the entire NBA season, not coincidentally coming off of New Year's Eve, the Wizards gave it way in front of 15,713 at Verizon Center on Wednesday.

A victory will put the Wizards above .500 for the first time since 2008 and give them a split in the season series with the Mavericks.

If Wednesday's game with the Dallas Mavericks comes down to the wire, John Wall, should stay clear of Shawn Marion, who just accomplished something unprecedented.

Bradley Beal lost his touch, and multiple players for the Dallas Mavericks found theirs as they beat the Wizards for the sixth consecutive time Tuesday at American Airlines Center.
