Players such as Isaiah Canaan and C.J. McCollum, guards from smaller schools, believe they have to work harder to get respect but Rookie of the Year Damian Lillard gives them hope.
Whether they re-sign Martell Webster or not, the Wizards could use another veteran forward capable of sinking perimeter shots. At times Anthony Tolliver has shown he can fill that role.
