Buffalo quarterback Kevin Kolb has left the Bills’ game against the Redskins with what was described as “concussion-like symptoms.”

According to the FedEx Field press box announcer, Kolb will not return to the game.

On Kolb’s last play, he handed off to running back C. J. Spiller, who ran two yards for a touchdown. It did not seem as though he had been hit hard on that play or any previous play. Kolb was sacked once by rookie linebacker Brandon Jenkins but that was the Bills’ first series.

Kolb has been replaced by rookie Jeff Tuel. He is the only other quarterback in uniform for the Bills as E. J. Manuel is sidelined after he had a knee procedure last week.
