This time yesterday, the Redskins still didn't have a coach to replace the fired Mike Shanahan. What a difference 24 hours makes.

Now, Jay Gruden is the head coach and the 2014 season has officially begun in Ashburn. So, the question becomes if Gruden is the right guy for the job. With no track record as an NFL head coach, Gruden can only be measured by his offenses in Cincinnati. Those teams performed well, but were never an offensive powerhouse.
