Darrel Young

A handful of Redskins have arrived at a crossroads in their career. Some haven’t been consistent. A few have battled injuries. Others simply are on the wrong side of 30.

After a busy free agency period, a draft in which 10 new players were added and the acquisition of 13 undrafted college players, the Redskins look much different than they did last December.

Darrell Young said he expects the Redskins’ special team units to take a step forward in 2015, particularly if the return game can become more consistent.

Redskins Park has been a busy place since the end of the 2014 season. The new general manager has retooled the roster. The new coaches on Jay Gruden’s staff have helped tranform the playbook.

Redskins fullback Darrel Young talked about his trip to Africa to hang out with military personnel on Tuesday's Redskins Nation.
